(New York, 4th July 2022) Green Energy consulting firm REVchain is very pleased to announce that Mr. Gautier Poittevin has joined its New York office.
Mr. Poittevin has a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech in France. His engineering background gives him an edge in understanding deeply the technologies that REVchain is consulting on. His strong data analytics and modelling skills will allow him to come up with rigorous and effective solutions in problem solving and in predicting future market trends which enable clients to make informed decisions.
REVchain is born out of years of experience operating in the energy sector and from the need to comply with various government regulations in Net Zero policies. EU Directive 2014/95/EU, the US EPA GHGRP (40 CFR Part 98), the UK Energy and Carbon Reporting Regulations, and other mandates are pressuring investors and executives to decarbonize supply chains. But it is easier said than done. The technologies are complex, their future cost trajectories are uncertain, and carbon footprint is spread both upstream and downstream.
REVchain offers specialised analytics in green energy transitions, ranging from Market Forecasting, Scenario Building, to Project Management, at a detailed level that is specific to modes, vehicle types, and alternative fuel and power technologies, based on a huge collection of data accumulated from the founders’ extensive energy consulting work. REVchain’s analytics help fuel producers, power train suppliers, vehicle manufacturers, and distribution providers scan the market for green power technologies, evaluate whether to conduct a feasibility study, and make financial investment decisions on repowering fleets.
With its comprehensive approach, REVchain is rapidly becoming the Gold Standard in Net Zero transitions to make the planet a greener place.
